In addition, I help raise funds for the Semper Fi Fund, donate to Suitcases for Kids and work closely with a local farm in distributing fruits and vegetables to the local food bank.
I love to travel and do anything to get me outdoors. Golf, yoga, camping, and the SF Giants pretty much sum me up. If a giants game is on you can catch me BBQ'ing outside or at the game!

I have a background of over 30 years service with one company with most of that time spent in senior level positions of Operations, IT, and Purchasing. I have also been the owner of a successful small business. The lessons I have learned in these positions have served me well in my transition to real estate sales.

After obtaining her Associate in Arts degree, in Real Estate and Real Estate Planning, from Sacramento City College in 1982, Kathy began her career in real estate by selling new homes. Her hard work paid off when she be-came an entrepreneur by starting K.M. Griffin Realty and she assumed the company’s Marketing Director position. K.M. Griffin Realty’s mission was to develop and maintain contracts for several local builders.
From 1982 to 1995 Kathy succeeded in the real estate industry as broker/owner of Watson-Griffin Realtors in Elk Grove. When her partner decided to go to medical school, Kathy began her association with Masters Realtors, a long time recognized firm in the Elk Grove area.
Kathy has continued her education making sure that she is well versed in all the new aspects of the real estate transaction. She has received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and the coveted MIRM (Management Institute of Residential Marketing) from the National Association of Home Builders. Born and raised in Northern California, Patrick started his career working for his family's construction company after graduating high school. Working as a Supervisor and Construction Manager on the construction side, Patrick obtained his Salesperson's License in 2006, where began working as an Agent for a local real estate investment brokerage. Servicing his clients throughout all of California, Patrick's main area of focus was on investment properties and 1031 Exchanges. While continuing to work in the construction field, Patrick obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 2009 and started working with a an Elk Grove based development and real estate brokerage. There, he represented buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties as well as represented tenants and landlords of commercial properties.In his spare time, Patrick enjoys working with his friends and clients in achieving their fitness goals as a Personal Trainer.

I was born and raised in Elk Grove and I lived in the house I grew up in. I started working for M&M Real Estate when I was 20 years old and have bounced around the office filling in all the odds and ends job to help ensure things kept running smoothly. When I moved away I continued to work from a distance with various jobs. I love working for M&M Real Estate because they have taken such good care of my family and me even though we are far away.
With having 2 young kids I don’t have a lot of spare time that is my own, but when there is time I love to sew and read any book I can get my hands on. My kids are involved in sports and swimming and general mayhem but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I am seriously invested in Game of Thrones and Wonder Women.
Kyle Langs was born in San Jose, CA and spent most of his youth in the Northern California area before eventually relocating to Orange County in Southern California. In early 2018, Kyle became the first southern representative for M&M Real Estate, and is currently based out of Silverado, CA where he specializes in doing business in the surrounding counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego.
Kyle is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of California (expires: 2022) and also an ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church capable of officiating weddings.

A California native, Keith was born and raised in Pinole, about 10 miles north of Berkeley. After high school, he began working for Kelly-Moore Paint Company where he spent 12 years in various positions from retail sales clerk to store management. He was an expert color matcher (this was before computer color matching) and earned the certified paint pro designation. It was here that Keith learned the value of customer service. During his time with Kelly-Moore, he earned his BA (summa cum laude) in Pastoral Studies and Christian Education from Patten College in Oakland, CA.
Changing direction, and having been fascinated with technology from an early age, Keith left the paint industry for a job in embedded systems programming. However, that soon transitioned into a position where he would spend the next 17 years maintaining both the data and physical databases for the public transit arm of the San Francisco Bay Area’s 511.org system. He went back to school to pursue studies in Computer Science, and afterward Keith and his family moved to Elk Grove in 2004 where he managed to telecommute until the project’s end in 2016. More than just a job, Keith says it felt more like a mission to have such an instrumental role in providing a service relied upon by tens of thousands of SF Bay Area residents and visitors each month. It was this same sense of mission and purpose that led to Keith to acquire a real estate license in 2017.
Keith enjoys spending time with family, taking long walks, sharing coffee with friends, attending church, cooking, reading, and gaming. He does volunteer work and fundraising for Relay for Life (the American Cancer Society) and Elk Grove Food Bank.
